User research highlighted the need for a seamless experience for both vegan and non-vegan users. Balancing preferences is essential, as non-vegans may be hesitant to try vegan dishes, while vegans have high expectations for their vegan principles and quality options.

User research highlighted the need for a seamless experience for both vegan and non-vegan users. Balancing preferences is essential, as non-vegans may be hesitant to try vegan dishes, while vegans have high expectations for their vegan principles and quality options.

Design Process

• Users struggle to find reliable and up-to-date vegan restaurants and gourmet dishes. • Current apps do not effectively utilize user data to provide personalized vegan suggestions. • Users desire recommendations based on their preferences and previous orders. • There is a lack of features that allow users to connect and share experiences for a vegan community. • An intuitive design is essential for a seamless ordering process.

Results

• Developed a consistent Design System with UI components. • Designed a real-time map feature to track delivery location and estimate delivery time, minimizing user frustration. • Enabled users to review and rate restaurants to ensure reliability. • Applied past order history to recommend similar or complementary vegan meals. • Ideated challenges (e.g., "Try 5 New Vegan Dishes") to encourage user interaction.
